The Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency (COSCA) has prepared the draft Conejo Canyons Open Space Management Plan. The purpose of the Management Plan is to provide a comprehensive guide for the long-term management of the Conejo Canyons’ unique natural, cultural and scenic resources while providing for compatible passive multi-use, trail-based recreational activities. |
